CONTROLS AND QUALITY

All stages of production are checked and verified:
- The control, verification and proper storage of incoming material;
- Quality control and conformity of oxidized parts;
- Visual and dimensional control of the details made
At the customer’s request, we can carry out:
- All non-destructive checks on welds;
- Ultrasonic control both on the sheets and on the welds;
- The magnetoscopic examination,
- The X-ray.

 

For all checks, which must be requested at the tender stage and confirmed at a later date
on the purchase order, it is possible to issue the relevant certificate.

The following certifications are currently underway:
- Qualification of business management systems according to UNI EN ISO 9001
- Qualification of welding activity management systems according to UNI EN ISO 3834-2
- Process and welding qualifications according to UNI EN 15 614-1
- Welding qualifications according to UNI EN 287-1
- Qualification for CE marking according to UNI EN 1090-1/2
