WHO WE ARE
Valsecchi Gianfranco SRLS is located in the province of Lecco,
Northern Italy, and is 50 km from Milan, 40 km from
Como and 30 km from Bergamo, i.e. in the hub of the
highly industrialised and business oriented Lombardy
triangle. Its core business focuses on the realisation of
medium-heavy duty custom built metalwork and oxy-fuel
cut plates to measure and to custom drawings. All work is
performed within the factory premises in Calolziocorte.
The many years of experience gained in this sector
enables VG to operate on domestic and international
markets as a highly reliable and skilled partner who pays
great attention to customer requirements and contract
specifications, aimed at achieving the best possible
results.
ORDERS AND COMPETENCES
The material we use is always 1st choice and accompanied by certification issued by the steelworks (2.2 or 3.1), it is identified on arrival and stored in accordance with our internal procedures to guarantee instant recognition of the dimensions and quality of the same. The flexibility offered by our Company allows us to supply both small and large quantities, standard or custom built, whilst maintaining exceptionally high quality, precision and punctuality standards Most oxy-fuel cut plates refer to direct orders, but part of them are used to meet the requirements of our in-house metalwork division. Each plate is clearly and uniquely marked to guarantee traceability

CUT
Internal lifting means: The workshop is equipped with 6 overhead cranes, 2 forklifts and 4 transpallets. The lifting means allow you to safely move large and heavy items.
Weight: The maximum weight for each artifact that can be made is 100 tons.
Oxyfuel: We cut heavy plates from 8mm to 600mm thick.
Dimensions: We do not have particular size constraints other than those imposed by means of transport and road conditions. In compliance with these impositions we are in any case able to organize national and international exceptional transport, using, where necessary, special trestles for inclined or raised loading of large pieces.
ASSEMBLY AND WELDING
After careful analysis of the drawings and the related production process, the oxy-cut details that make up the structure will be assembled and assembled directly by our qualified professionals who can boast an important knowledge of technical drawing and considerable experience in the metalworking sector.
Once the assembly is complete, we will move on to the flagship of the company:
the welding, carried out by means of coupling also of strong thicknesses.
Our welds, carried out by licensed personnel, performed both in partial and in full penetration, can be verified with specific Non-Destructive Tests requested by the Customer when ordering.
